Elliott retired from the Supreme Court of British Columbia in July 2024, after an 18-year career on the Bench. He adjudicated some of the most complex cases in the Province, some using an arbitral procedural model: e.g. the Pro-Sys v Microsoft class action. Elliott was known for his his ability to run complex trials fully electronically. Since his retirement from the bench Elliot has been conducting both mediations and arbitrations.
