This engaging and interactive presentation will explore emotions involved with grief, loss and change. Participants will learn skills to process painful and conflicting emotions through a strengths based approach utilizing skills, supports and resources.
SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY: John Mitchell is a Registered Nurse and Registered Psychiatric Nurse who has practiced in areas of Mental Health client care, education, research and policy since 1999. He currently works in a full time faculty position with the Psychiatric Nursing Program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic and casual with Health Canada as well as Saskatchewan Health Authority. John is a trainer for Mental Health First Aid, Applied Suicide Intervention and Skills Training, and safeTALK suicide alertness training. He is also a Master Trainer with Edu Therapy Grief Solutions.

• Earn 13 CEE points for ADRIC C.Med and Q.Med designation holders
