I'm a veteran of the Royal Canadian Air Force with almost 30 years of service, having retired in 2012. Following that experience I worked within the RCMP as an executive coach, mediator and group process facilitator. I've assisted teams in preparation for deployments to high stress settings, as well as helping teams in corporate cultures. The lessons I've learned have resulted in the development of ground-breaking processes that resulted in profound and long-lasting shifts in organizational culture. Those same processes are now available to you!

In recognition of my innovative and team-focused processes I was inducted to the Order of Military Merit by the Governor-General of Canada. I also hold the credentials of Chartered Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator.  I’m also a Certified Executive Coach, having studied that process at the graduate level through Royal Roads University and have been granted the status of Professional Certified Coach by the ICF.
