Conflict, Coaching and the Architecture of Selfhood

Conflict coaches invite those being coached to look inward before looking outward, in order use the self as a resource for the transformation of conflicted relationships. To lead clients in this way, coaches must have a sense of the architecture of selfhood. What do clients find as they look inward? What is the nature of selfhood clients are being asked to tap into? By exploring the architecture of the self, this webinar engages understandings of selfhood, proposing that an expanded image of selfhood changes how we experience and transform conflict, allowing coaches to empower those in conflict to become their own agents of transformation.
