The landscape of dispute resolution is shifting and evolving with new legislation. What developments are taking place across the country, and what do they mean for Alternative Dispute Resolution practitioners in Manitoba? Join Grant Mitchell, QC of Manitoba, Jim McCartney, C.Arb, C.Med of Alberta, David McCutcheon, C.Arb of Ontario, and Jennifer Schulz, C.Med of Manitoba.  Moderated by David Dyck, C.Med, you will want to attend this fascinating panel discussion.
