CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel, notice must
be received in writing. All refund requests received up to one week
prior to the date of the webinar will receive a refund less a 25%
administrative fee. Notice must be received NO LATER THAN 11:59pm ET TWO
DAYS PRIOR to the date of the webinar to receive a refund less a 50%
administrative fee. No refunds available after that point.
