Biography

 After years as a local union leader I became frustrated by how discussions elevated to disputes even when the parties were not that far apart. Mediation allows parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements that increase the productivity of the workplace and the security of the workforce. As a mediator, my goal is to hear the parties needs in order to help them find the value in whatever they are negotiating. I operate almost exclusively in employment and labour matters.
