October 23rd

Mediation and Arbitration is, at its core, person-focused work.  Bringing together parties facing significant challenges can bring us face-to-face with individuals and groups under pressure who are feeling the full weight of conflict in need of resolution.  Invariably, issues of stress, anxiety, depression, addiction and potentially more severe and persistent mental illness will arise in our work as ADR professionals.

The panel will explore the Key Actions to responding and supporting those with mental illness, with a view to increased understanding and awareness in the ADR community on these issues.
