This multi-generational panel will discuss the facts and fictions of dispute resolution in the next generation. We will examine how we can prevent or work constructively with inter-generational conflict. The panel will ask essential internal questions such as:

What are the Multi- Generational myths and biases?

What are the needs and interests of the next generations?

Are the present strategies for resolving conflict sufficient or inadequate for the next generation?

Are Millennials and Generation Z actually that different from previous generations or are our conflict resolution strategies based on stereotypes?

We will be considering the forever changing communication strategies. The panel also will discuss what motivates and fulfills the upcoming generation and what frustrates them.  Join this panel discussion to hear all about the current research informed best practices and the newest strategies for resolving conflict.
