Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellations:

a. If canceled more than 60 days before the start date of the course or event: An administration fee of $75.00 will be charged and 10% of the full price (price without any discounts) of the purchase will be retained.

b. If canceled between 30 and 60 days before the start date of the course or event: An administration fee of $75.00 will be charged and 30% of the full price (price without any discounts) of the purchase will be retained.

c. If canceled between 30 and 10 days before the start date of the course or event: An administration fee of $75.00 will be charged and 50% of the full price (price without any discounts) of the purchase will be retained.

d. No reimbursement will be paid for cancelations requests received after 10 days before the start date of the course or event. For package purchases, the start date of the course or event will be the earliest course or event start date in the package.

Course Registration Deferral Policy

Deferral of course registration is not allowed. However In exceptional circumstances, deferral requests may be analyzed and approved by ADRBC at its own discretion if based on extenuating circumstances beyond the control of the student. 

If approved by ADRBC, deferral of course registration will be allowed only one time. The original cancelation policy will no longer be in effect and the following deferral policy will apply:

  • If the request for deferral is received more than 30 days before the first day of the course, a $150 administration fee will be charged.
  • If the request for deferral is received between 10 and 29 days before the first day of the course, a $75 administration fee plus 25% of the PAID course registration fee will be charged.
  • If the request for deferral is received less than 10 days before the start date of the course, a $75 administration fee plus 50% of the PAID course registration fee will be charged.
  • If no request is received before the first day of the course, there will be no refund or credit for the registration fee paid and a deferral request will be declined.
  • In all cases, when deferrals are granted, registration fees will become non-refundable.
